    4-6pm at The Hastings Fire Station

    Bring team list with all team member’s information and signatures. This must be handed over to collect race pack. Only one person is needed to pick up race pack.

  • 25 September

    Team Managers Briefing

    From 6pm at The Hastings Fire Station.

    All Team Managers or a representative must come for final briefing and to ask any questions

  • 26 September

    Race Starts

    All Leg 1 runners to be at Bay View Fire Station before 4:45am. Runners briefing is at 4:45 and race begins at 5am.

  • 5pm

    Race closed

    All teams should have arrived or close to arriving at the finish line at Hastings Fire Station (McLeod St entrance)

  • 5:30pm

    Prizegiving

    This will be held at the finish line.
